I wonder if you are not getting a proper connection. I had that problem with mine. What tank are you using ? When that happened I had to wiggle with the connection on the head out a little bit on my tank and the connection plate on the battery to get it to work. I found out that I was over tightening it and it was pushing on the connections.

Don't know if this means anything.. When I turn it off (click 5 times ) it blinks 3 times? I am not sure if it did this before or not.

Sounds like your battery is malfunctioning. Is it still within warranty?

Yes I got it on Sun! every time I plug it in to charge it blinks 3 times also? Don't think it did that initially. Could I have fried it plugging it in to a wall connector instead of my computer? I was using a 60/40 PG Redhot cinnamon juice was really strong. coils look dark? Not sure if that is normal or not. Wick was dark in the middle. Cleaning my tank and putting in some less harsh blueberry/almond and my other atomizer. But I am tending to think the battery could be fried. Thinking I may have a knock off battery.. paid good for it . $54 for the 650 twist and the protank mini. It has SSW markings on the top under the button? Not super pissed about that since I like having a juice dealer that I can see fast….and friendly. Bad part is they have little knowledge about making coils… have the parts to do it of course… learning alot fast here lol! Guess I will have to teach them. But having 50 plus flavors to try on hand and tanks is a plus. I know they will replace the bat within 30 days. they were clear on that. I figure if it's going to bomb out it will do it then? What you think about all that? HA! Do I have cheap knock off battery? Think I fried it using the wall instead of the computer?

For the sake of it, just take the battery back and get a new one. I don't think it's the juice in it. Cinnamon is rough on tanks so just be cautious of that. Do you have spare tanks ? have you tried it with a different tank ? I agree something is going on with the battery connection.

Sounds like you have a defective battery, I highly doubt that you fried it charging it via wall charger as long as you used the supplied charger it came with. Without seeing the battery, I am not sure if has a sealed connector or not, so if it isn't sealed and juice leaked in the battery, that could have fried it. Also it is important to take the battery off of the charger when it is done charging and not leave it on the charger for an extended period of time. I would take it back and have it replaced.

Well the saga continues lol! I took the battery back gave me a new one no questions. Brought it home and hooked to the charger to the computer. HMMMMMM green light???? I tried it and this baby was D E A D. Didn't even fizzle once. I think the charger is bad. The light on my charger is pulsing red. I really think it should be a solid red. I scratched the connections on the charger and the atomizer and got a little sizzle going. Plugged it back into charger and plugged the usb back into the wall charger I had for my Prosmoke. Hopefully this will get me sending up smoke signals soon. Taking the charger back tomorrow to see if they can shed some light on this. Think I will see if the battery is sealed also. I am about sure there was some juice that went in it. At this point wishing I had just got my setup from a good vender online and had a lot better battery and saved money! Lesson learned. Well probably not HA! If my disability comes through next month you better believe I will be ordering a killer setup Laugh

Stopped to see the vapor dealer again today said the charger is good and I am back in the vapor. Even threw me a bottle of Candy flavor vape to try out. Pays to visit your local shop Laugh He is even working on getting some rebuilding supplies in and some better mods.
